2. No Returns or Exchanges
For product safety, quality control, and inventory integrity, purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Taste Budz VIP will review reported issues individually and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
Reporting an issue does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled by Taste Budz VIP due to product unavailability, unsuccessful age verification, payment issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
If Taste Budz VIP cancels an order before fulfillment and payment has already been collected, the payment will be returned or reversed as required by applicable law.
Customers should contact Taste Budz VIP immediately if they need to request cancellation of an order that has not yet been fulfilled.
5. Payment Disputes
Customers experiencing billing errors or unauthorized charges are encouraged to contact Taste Budz VIP so that the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits customers’ rights to dispute eligible transactions through their financial institution or payment provider.
