Cannabis wasn't always part of my story. In fact, I didn't smoke my first joint until I was 40. My best friend, on the other hand, has been a lifelong stoner for as long as I can remember.
In 2020, I was brought into a business venture involving a cannabis farm in Oregon. It was during those years that I started to gain an appreciation for cannabis. That business venture taught me way more about the plant than friends and the neighborhood ever could. Before then, I just didn't get it.
The diverse group of people the cannabis business put me around changed my entire perspective. It wasn't defined by stereotypes or even by a plant. It was a culture all by itself, enjoyed by people from every walk of life, with different strains, growers, regions, flavors, and experiences all bringing something different to the table.
My childhood buddy was the person who encouraged me to turn his longtime love for the plant, my newfound passion for its culture, and both of our appreciation for the overall vibe of cannabis into Taste Budz VIP, a delivery service directly to the people who appreciate it most: the Stoner Culture.
